For topical relief, mix 1–2 drops of Kunzea Ambigua with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil (e.g., sweet almond or jojoba) and gently massage onto sore joints, muscle areas, or insect bites-always perform a patch test first. To ease cold symptoms, add 3–5 drops to a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel, and inhale the steam for 3–5 minutes. Alternatively, diffuse 5 drops in an ultrasonic diffuser to purify air and uplift the mood.
