1. DO YOU HAVE A STORE IN HOBART?

Our store is at 46 Hampden Rd Battery Point, 7004.

Monday to Saturday: 10 am–4 pm
Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

SALAMANCA MARKET STALL

Every Saturday we are at our permanent stall 212, which is easily located in the middle of the market outside Salamanca Fresh. If we are absent due to unexpected events it will be posted on our social media accounts to let you know.
All our range is available each Saturday, and it’s a great way to meet each other and try out products.

 

2. DO YOU POST AUSTRALIA WIDE AND INTERNATIONAL?

All our orders are sent throughout local Tasmania, all over the mainland Australia and world wide. We use Australia Post to send all parcels and we have a flat rate $10 for all Australian orders, no minimum or maximum limit on amount of products orders in one order. Orders are mainly sent within 1-2 days post order placement during Monday – Friday.

For International orders, we currently offer Standard Economy Air. You can get a quote on the postage before checkout, so please also consider extra insurance and signature on delivery if you are concerned at the safety of your parcel upon delivery to your premises. The flat rate of $10 does not include international orders.


3. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ?

We offer a 30-day refund window on all orders. After this time, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind or reactions to ingredients that are clearly listed on the label. If you have known allergies, please check the ingredients carefully before purchasing (you’ll find them on the label and online).

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll happily sort it. In these cases, we may ask you to return the item so we can run it through our quality checks. If a fault is confirmed, you can choose between a full refund or a replacement. Please don’t tamper with the product before returning it, so we can inspect it properly.

 

4. IS IT SAFE ONLINE ORDERING?

Yes definitely. No personal data is shared to any third party and is secure within the WordPress website. There is a SSL certificate on the website that is always current.

No personal credit card details are kept or recorded. Payments are made through secure website of Stripe, Paypal & Afterpay. Direct Bank Transfer is your responsibility for safety due to safe connections to you internet banking and accessing your personal banking logins. Never get anyone else to do your internet banking for you as this will compromise the safety of your bank accounts.

 

5. ARE YOU REGISTERED AND INSURED CORRECTLY?

Yes most definitely. Rowena is fully registered with the AICIS Scheme that is compulsory with all soap makers who sell their end products. AICIS #NIC513232

We are also fully insured with product and public liability insurance.

6. HOW DO I CHECK MY REWARD POINTS

Basically you first need to be signed in to your customer account and then you click the "Rewards" tab, located bottom left of all pages to open the Rewards Program app, where you can check your points balance, and grab your coupon codes to apply to your next order (when you've earned the required number of points to do so.)

Please note,: The rewards points are accrued for orders placed on the new online store, they are not backdated to include orders placed on our old online store.
