Good Night Balm

Scoop a pea-sized amount of balm and warm it between your fingertips; then gently massage into temple area and around base of neck, or massage into hands so you can smell the essential oils when you need help relaxing or sleeping. Apply the balm on base of feet or on chest for any child to help relax.
