We use Australia Post to send all parcels and we have a flat rate $10 for all Australian orders, no minimum or maximum limit on amount of products orders in one order. Orders are mainly sent within 1-2 days post order placement during Tuesday – Friday.
For International orders, we currently offer Standard Economy Air. You can get a quote on the postage before checkout, so please also consider extra insurance and signature on delivery if you are concerned at the safety of your parcel upon delivery to your premises.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction window on all Milie Organics purchases made directly from our website. If your product arrives damaged or is deemed faulty, we’ll either refund you or send a replacement of your choice.
To assess any quality control issue, we may request that the item be returned (at our expense) for inspection. Please don’t tamper with the product so we can review it properly.
Important Notes on Sensitivities & Allergies
We use gentle, plant-based ingredients — but even natural products can trigger reactions for some. It’s your responsibility to read all ingredients carefully before purchasing, especially if you have known sensitivities or allergies.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Reactions due to personal skin sensitivities or allergies
(unless a product fault is identified)
